To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds do not apply to custom or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Custom-made or personalised items may take longer depending on the design and production time.
We use trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email or message.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct — we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Custom Orders
At Jar’d Creations, we love making your ideas come to life! Please note that all custom and personalised products are made to order.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We’ll confirm your design before starting to ensure it’s exactly how you want it.
